Shipping policy

Korth Creations ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only.

Rates and carriers Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using real‑time rates from our shipping partners. Available options and prices depend on your order’s weight, dimensions, destination, and the carrier services shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

  • Processing: Most in‑stock orders ship within 2–4 business days. Custom or made‑to‑order items typically require 5–10 business days; product pages will show any longer processing window.

  • Delivery estimate: The delivery date shown at checkout (if available) equals our processing window plus the transit time you choose. If no delivery date is shown at checkout, expect processing plus the carrier transit time you select.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are based on carrier transit times and our processing time. For products requiring proof approval, processing time begins only after approval, and delivery dates may shift if approval is delayed

  • Holiday note: During peak seasons carriers may experience delays. Please order early.

Proofs and approvals Some items require proof approval. We will email your proof after purchase. Please respond within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will treat the proof as approved and proceed. Waiting for your approval is a processing delay, not a carrier transit delay. Missed ship dates and cancellations If we cannot ship by the date shown at checkout, we will notify you with a revised ship date and explain your options. If you prefer not to wait, you may cancel for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for cancellation instructions.

Tracking and issues You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. For delays, misdelivery, or damaged items, contact support@korthcreations.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
