These terms and conditions apply to all custom laser-engraved or personalized products ordered through Korth Creations (the “Customization Program”). They apply in addition to our standard Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If any conflict exists between these Customization Program terms and our other policies, these Customization Program terms control for customized items, except where our Refund Policy expressly provides a more specific remedy.
Agreement to These Terms
By submitting a design or placing a customization order, you confirm that your submission complies with every term below. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that an order does not meet these terms, we may cancel the order. Any refund eligibility will follow the rules set out in our Refund Policy and these terms.
Design & Content Guidelines
Submitted designs may not contain content that is inappropriate, offensive, or highly controversial. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Explicit language, pornography, or sexual content
- Racist, hateful, or discriminatory material
- References to illegal drugs or paraphernalia
- Content that demeans or disrespects religions or religious figures
- Highly politically charged or inflammatory material
Designs must not infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
Thin lines, fine details, or very small text may not engrave or may not engrave properly depending on the material and design. Korth Creations is not responsible for results when a design contains lines or elements that are too thin for reliable laser engraving.
Korth Creations’ production of a customized piece does not constitute endorsement of any brand, company, ideology, individual, or organization. Prior acceptance of a design does not guarantee future acceptance of the same or similar design.
We may contact you for clarification, higher-resolution files, or an English translation of non-English text. Failure to respond within a reasonable time (including messages that land in spam or bounce due to incorrect contact details) may result in cancellation of the order.
Ownership & License
By placing an order you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the trademarks, logos, artwork, photographs, text, or other materials (“Content”) you upload. You grant Korth Creations a non-exclusive license to use that Content solely to produce your order.
You also authorize Korth Creations to photograph or use images of the finished customized product in our marketing, website, social media, and promotional materials. This authorization continues until you revoke it in writing.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Korth Creations and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, suit, or demand arising out of the Content you supplied (including claims that the Content infringes third-party rights or that the combination of your Content with our products creates liability). This includes all related costs, damages, and settlement amounts.
Proof Approval Process
Many custom items require a digital proof before production. When a proof is required:
- You will receive an email notification as soon as your proof is ready.
- Proofs must be reviewed within 48 hours. If we do not hear back within that window, the proof is automatically considered approved so your order stays on schedule.
- If you reject a proof within the 48-hour window and choose to cancel your order, the refund rules in our Refund Policy apply (including the 30% design fee).
- Once a proof is approved—either by your confirmation or by the 48-hour auto-approval—your order moves into production and can no longer be canceled or refunded except in the limited situations described in our Refund Policy.
By approving a proof (or allowing it to auto-approve), you confirm that you have carefully reviewed spelling, layout, alignment, sizing, and image quality. Korth Creations is responsible only for producing the item exactly as shown in the approved proof. We are not responsible for customer-supplied errors, low-resolution files, fuzzy or distorted images, incorrect spelling, or alignment issues that appear in the approved proof.
Production, Delivery & Timelines
Any processing or delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only. Actual production time varies with design complexity, material, and current order volume. Shipping cost and transit time depend on the method you select.
Processing time begins only after proof approval (or auto-approval). Delivery dates shown at checkout assume timely proof approval. Delays in proof approval may shift your delivery timeline.
Delivery dates may also change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply shortages, equipment issues, carrier delays, pandemics, government actions, or other force-majeure events. Korth Creations is not liable for such delays.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Custom laser-engraved products are made to order. Once a proof is approved, either by your confirmation or by the 48-hour auto-approval, the order moves into production and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the limited situations described in our Refund Policy (defects or errors on our part, or certain merchant-caused shipping delays).

Warranty The underlying product remains covered by Korth Creations’ standard product warranty. When you make a warranty claim you must note that the item was customized. If the base product qualifies for replacement and the original design can be re-engraved, we will do so at no extra charge when possible. If the exact product is no longer available, you may choose a comparable in-stock alternative. Violation of these Customization Program terms voids any related warranty.
Appeals If you believe a decision to decline or cancel an order was made in error, you may appeal by emailing support@korthcreations.com. Appeals are typically reviewed within 30 days. Final acceptance or denial rests in Korth Creations’ sole discretion.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your order governs that order.
